My work sits where business meets software delivery. I've spent most of my career helping organizations ship: as an analyst, a project and programme manager, a portfolio manager, and now as product lead helping to shape the future of IT consulting in the AI age through agentic tools.

I'm an advocate of agile software process and modern engineering practice: small batches, fast feedback, honest measurement, and teams that own what they ship. Lately that conviction has a new tool. I build agentic tooling that compresses the engineering value chain, from what coding agents cost and what they may install to platforms that turn months of migration and modernization grunt work into days.

This site has four parts. Work is the portfolio: open source and proprietary in one list, each with the problem, the hard part and where it stands. Writing holds the field notes. The rest is sharing and learning: Coding Agent Fundamentals is a free, vendor-neutral course on the building blocks of AI software factories.
